2. Our team will review and send return instructions.
   
   

3. Ship the item back to us.
   
   

4. Once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.
   
   

Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless item is defective.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, email us within 7 days with photos/video.
We will replace it or offer a full refund.
